Title: Sr. AR & Billing Analyst (Contract-Hire)
Location: Buckhead
On-Site (4x a week in-office)
Compensation: $35/hr

Vaco is partnering with a rapidly growing client in the Buckhead area to hire a Senior AR & Billing Analyst . This role is ideal for an AR professional who thrives in high?volume environments, owns the full billing lifecycle, and brings strong Excel and systems expertise. This is a contract?to?hire opportunity with long?term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end?to?end billing processes, including invoice creation, billing initiation, payment tracking, and collections.
• Use advanced Excel skills to manipulate data, track billing activity, and support RevOps reporting.
• Maintain and update customer records, including bank and credit card information.
• Collect payments while building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners.
• Monitor account balances, research discrepancies, and follow up with franchise owners to resolve outstanding issues.
• Generate accurate invoices and ensure billing data integrity within NetSuite.
• Own the full revenue billing lifecycle and support continuous process improvements.
• Provide Excel?based reporting and operational support to the Revenue Operations team.
• Create billing (not just traditional AR) and support high?volume billing cycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full?cycle Accounts Receivable experience, including billing, B2B collections, and cash applications.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data manipulation).
• Experience working in a high?volume, large?company environment.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end?to?end billing processes independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport withinternal teams.
