Job Title: Legal/Claims Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish) Full-Time, In-Office/Hybrid $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Insurance benefits not provided at this time Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, Bilingual (Spanish) Legal/Claims Assistant to support our local and national subrogation practice in a collaborative, supportive, and collegial environment. This role focuses on administrative, claims and litigation support, working closely with our Legal and Claims Teams.This role involves direct correspondence and follow up with clients, insureds, debtors, and network counsel.Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities Open new client matters and organize case materials. Request necessary documents from clients and maintain clear communication. Prepare letters and follow-up correspondence to clients, witnesses, and debtors. Prepare routine pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Conduct phone calls to insureds and monthly payers regarding matter updates. Job Requirements/Qualifications: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
