Maintains exact ready-mix drum revolution speeds and internal blade structures to ensure truck fleets strictly adhere to the mandatory 90-minute / 300-revolution quality specs. Directly eliminates financial exposure by preventing costly delivery transit breakdowns that lead to rejected loads and material set-up. Maximizes tire lifecycle utilities and fleet parts efficiency. Meticulously executes and files mandatory Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) logs, DOT inspection records, brake certifications, and internal fleet maintenance sheets.
