The candidate selected for this position will gain hands-on experience performing various client work for our Risk Advisory groups financial institution clients, including community banks and credit unions. Snodgrass will work with you and your school on all necessary documentation and requirements./strong/ppstrongResponsibilities of the Role May Include:/strong/pulliPerform internal audit and regulatory compliance audit services, including fieldwork, for our community financial institution clients/liliAccurately prepare a variety of reports in accordance with the firms established policies and procedures/liliThis internship is hybrid, meaning it will be a combination of remote and in-office work; candidates must be able to be in the office on a regular basis/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliInternship to start after candidates sophomore or junior year of school; candidates completing their masters program will also be considered/liliGPA 3.0 or greater is preferred/liliAvailability to work approximately 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday); set schedule required/liliWorking towards a Bachelors degree required (accounting degree preferred; finance, business, and other fields will be considered although certain accounting courses are required)/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to travel to clients/liliStrong attention to detail/liliHighly organized with good time management skills/liliSnodgrass does not currently sponsor candidates for employment/li/ulpWe offer competitive pay and will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and industry-specific knowledge while working with a reputable public accounting firm./ppS.R.
