What You Will Do As a Director Of Finance Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the manufacturing site. The Director of Finance will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and operational decision-making. Oversee capital expenditure planning and provide financial support for major manufacturing investments. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including cost accounting and financial analysis functions. Ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. Provide strategic financial insights to support production, operations, and business growth initiatives. Oversee the month-end close process and review the activities of the Assistant Controller. What We Are Seeking In The Director Of Finance Candidates in Cleveland, Ohio are encouraged to apply. 10+ years of finance experience within a manufacturing environment, including strong cost accounting knowledge, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an accounting or finance role. 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams. Previous experience overseeing plant finance, controllership, or director-level manufacturing finance functions. Strong ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, or a similar enterprise system. Advanced Excel skills. Previous accounting experience within a regulated industry such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), medical devices, aerospace, chemicals, or cosmetics.
