Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Shift Hours: 0800-1700
• Weekend Requirement: Per dept needs
• Holiday Requirement: Per dept needs
• On-call Requirement: No
• Will deal with COVID Patients: Yes
• Dress Code: Scrubs - no specific colors
• Additional: Inpatient, Outpatients, Swing Bed Patients
