Our multidisciplinary staff provide quality treatment of anxiety disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, behavioral disorders, conduct problems in children and teens as well as stress management, and many other mental health issues. These services are provided in a positive, respectful, and non-judgmental setting to people of all ages, lifestyles, and backgrounds.Position OverviewThe Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff.Carries out supervisory responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws.Provide support and assistance as needed to team.Responsibilities include recruiting, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties.Ability to be on-call 24/7 to provide support to staff and provide crisis intervention as needed.Provides direction to Quality Mental Health Specialists based on the treatment model which includes weekly management of the group supervision process by direct case review, oversees the treatment planning process, case management, and case progress. Attends consultation and follows up on recommendations.Provides support to help manage case managers duties and responsibilities. Provides case coverage as needed.Reviews and approves promptly clinical and organizational documentation (i.e. mileage, timecards etc.) completed by their direct reports for the purpose of quality assurance and performance improvement.Payroll and HR dutiesRecommend, monitor, and enforce administrative policies and procedures while maintaining quality and productivity.Office managementDevelop administrative operations budget information and monitor staff hours utilization and program expenditures.Maintain a small caseload of clientsPerform other duties as assigned.Can I see myself here?We have found that our staff succeed when they:Are passionate about social services and dedicated to helping youth and families?Value feedback and accountability?Are independent thinkers and enjoy working autonomously?Are results and detailed oriented?Have a sense of humor and find creative ways to implement ideas?Value a strength-based treatment approach?Can change priorities quickly?Are looking for more than just a job?Skills:Strong program management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.Proficient in budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping, documentation, and reporting.Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices to effectively address the needs of program participants.Experience in program development, including designing new initiatives and expanding existing programs.Familiarity with working with people with behavioral health concerns or similar populationsA background in social work or a related field is preferred.Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead a team of staff members.Exceptional relationship management skills to collaborate with stakeholders and build partnerships.Ambitious and a self starterTech savvy and highly organizedRequirements:Bachelor's degree. Degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or clinical psychology preferred.Proven experience as program director or other managerial positionThorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodsExcellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metricsOutstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgetingWorking knowledge of MS Office and program management softwareBusiness acumen with a strategic abilityExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAn analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skillsClinical licensure is preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle to use for work purposes, and auto insurance.
