Our trusted team of doctors, nurses and specialists deliver high-quality care for the mother and baby based on health and preferences. + Deliver advanced critical care nursing for high-risk patients, managing hemodynamic stability, critical drips, and advanced fetal monitoring. + Ensure interdisciplinary alignment, keeping the patient's perspective central during crises. + Lead the transition from crisis to stability, coordinating complex discharge or transfer plans, and supporting patients and families post-emergency. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
