• Pay package: Up to $179,379 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced overnight trauma and emergency general surgical care for critically injured patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret diagnostic results
• Develop and implement treatment and management plans autonomously
• Support surgical teams with procedures and ongoing patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff
• Document all care accurately in Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and privileging standards
• Participate in mentorship and professional development initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Valid ANCC certification, Board Certification, BLS, DEA
• Colorado state RN license or eligibility for licensure
• At least 2 years trauma or surgical care experience or completion of a surgical fellowship
• Ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment

Preferred:

• Experience working in Level II trauma centers
• Past involvement in mentorship programs or leadership roles
