Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Comfort, TX, responsible for overseeing land development projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources; managing subcontractors and vendors; and ensuring work complies with design specifications, codes, and safety requirements. The Project Manager will monitor progress on-site, conduct inspections, address issues, and communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones. Daily tasks also involve overseeing material ordering and delivery, resolving logistics challenges, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in field operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of resources. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and regulations. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee site logistics, equipment utilization, and efficient workflow. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in land development or construction, knowledge of relevant building codes, and familiarity with project management software. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to work on-site in varying field conditions, are highly preferred.
