The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through their dental treatment journey from diagnosis and treatment planning through scheduling and completion of care. This position works closely with dentists, clinical staff, patients, and insurance companies to ensure patients understand their recommended treatment, financial responsibilities, and next steps.

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions
