New Home Sales Specialist

Must have new homes sales experience with a home builder. Will not consider anyone without new homes sales experience at a home builder. Must have TN real estate license. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential New Home Sales Agent in Greater Chattanooga. As a Residential New Home Sales Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process of new homes including interacting with prospective buyers, managing contracts, and closing sales. You will work closely with our team of construction professionals to ensure the best experience possible for our clients as they navigate the exciting journey of buying their dream home. Qualifications Prior experience in real estate sales is required New homes sales experience is a plus Must have a Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Brokers License Strong understanding of the Greater Chattanooga housing market and trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, teammates, and external contacts Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience with CRM Role pays a salary plus sales commission for each home sold.
