National Sales Manager

We're a mission driven CPG company building a portfolio of innovative brands. We are seeking a National Sales/Account Manager to lead account management, distributor and broker relationships, and the sales team while driving execution, reporting and growth across all channels. Responsibilities Manage distributor partnerships, including KeHE, UNFI and regional and international partners Lead broker network to ensure clear priorities and accountability Own relationships with key accounts in natural, specialty, conventional and digital channels Negotiate promotions, pricing and programs to deliver velocity and growth Oversee and coach the sales team Analyze syndicated data, distributor portals and sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities Develop and present reporting, including forecasts and promotion analysis Support marketing with shopper marketing initiatives and trade promotions Collaborate on pricing strategy and new product launches Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts across channels Ensure trade spend is tracked and optimized Represent the brand at key industry events and trade shows Preferred Experience 5 to 8 years in CPG sales, with experience managing brokers and distributors Direct account management experience with major retailers in natural or specialty Strong understanding of trade promotions, deductions and distributor portals Comfort with data analysis and sales reporting tools Experience managing or mentoring a team Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to work independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment Compensation and Benefits Performance-based bonus Health, dental and vision insurance contribution 401(k) with company match Paid time off and federal holidays Flexible work environment (remote, with hybrid possibility) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sprout Living
