Senior Contracts Manager
Responsibilities for this position include managing contracts administrators, negotiating contracts, ensuring internal contractual compliance, and serving as a point of contact with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or 9+ years of related contracts administration experience, 5+ years of related contracts administration experience, knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned including FAR and DFAR, effective administrative, organizational, and communication skills, understanding of business acumen, and previous leadership experience.
Preferred skills and abilities include professional certification (e.g., CPCM/CFCM) and 5-10 years of related contracts management experience. A secret security clearance is required, and this position requires working in our GDIT facility in either Falls Church, VA or Chesapeake, VA. US citizenship is required.
