Senior Contract Manager

Contract to Hire

• Manage commercial and government contracts, including master services agreements, product purchase agreements, quotes, GPO agreements, and other commercial supply agreements.
• Ensure completion and follow through of all contract requirements including prompt communication and follow-through to internal and external customers
• Assist in maintaining Company’s internal tracking system of all pending contracts and matters. Maintains and updates SFDC and/or equivalent tools related to sales processes.
• Effectively manage the contract management system and ensure on-time processing of all contracts from initial request through execution.
• Analyze the legal and business obligations set forth within contracts and elevate any issues to internal stake holders as appropriate.
• Draft template contracts, correspondence, memoranda, and other documentation as needed.
• Manage standardized price and cost resources (to include, but not limited to rate cards, product/service costs, vendor quote requirements and processes) for cost/price proposal submittals in response to Commercial and Federal Solicitations, Request for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs/RFQs)
• Manage contract files and information systems accurately, timely, and within clients and federal policy

Requirements:

• Seven years of experience managing federal contracts
• Five years of experience with contracts FAR, GSA and FAS
• Demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving skills, written communication skills, Strong verbal communication and listening skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities, Excellent collaboration skills, Maintains composure under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience overseeing a contracts portfolio of similar size and scope with active contract/subcontracts revenue
