Detail-oriented and collaborative, the contract Knowledge Architect will lead end-to-end knowledge management efforts for the Ask Chatbot, ensuring accurate and accessible information while building strong partnerships with Centers of Excellence, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Author high-quality knowledge articles and documentation in line with organizational cycles and events Enforce knowledge governance policies and implement quality control processes for knowledge content Build and maintain strategic partnerships with COE partners to ensure accurate representation of specialized knowledge Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or content strategy Bachelor's degree is highly preferred 2+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, preferably in knowledge management Proficiency in ServiceNow Knowledge Management module Strong understanding of content management systems and information architecture
