Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced hygienists and new graduates , as we welcome candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.

Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced hygienists and new graduates , as we welcome candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Conduct oral health assessments and assist in identifying dental conditions.
- Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic images.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care.
- Review patient medical histories and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize Dentrix or similar dental software to update patient records.
- Assist the dentist in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure quality patient care.
Required
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
- Knowledge of medical coding and documentation.
- Previous dental office experience is a plus.
Patient Volume
- Approximately 8-10 patients per day , allowing adequate time to provide quality care and patient education.
- Monday through Thursday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No on-call responsibilities
