Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced hygienists and new graduates , as we welcome candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
• Conduct oral health assessments and assist in identifying dental conditions.
• Take and process dental X-rays and other diagnostic images.
• Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care.
• Review patient medical histories and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize Dentrix or similar dental software to update patient records.
• Assist the dentist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications
Required

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

• Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
• Knowledge of medical coding and documentation.
• Previous dental office experience is a plus.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Patient Volume

• Approximately 8-10 patients per day , allowing adequate time to provide quality care and patient education.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break
• No evenings
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
