- Turning a complex schematic into a clean, accurate weldment?
- Switching confidently among MIG, TIG, and flux core to match the job?
- Moving from stainless to carbon steel to aluminum without missing a beat?
- Keeping pace with production goals while never compromising safety or quality?
- Set up parts and fixtures and weld to blueprint/schematic specs.
- Apply multi-process welding (MIG/TIG/flux core) based on material and joint requirements.
- Use precision measuring tools—micrometers, calipers, straightedges—to verify tolerances.
- Support shop operations by assisting with equipment operation, assembly, and warehouse tasks.
- Advance continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and throughput.
- Fluent in reading/interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
- Preferred background in MIG, TIG, and flux core welding.
- Mechanically inclined; production-oriented; committed to safety and quality.
- Competent with basic math.
- Comfortable using precision measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, straightedges, etc.).
