Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Owens Cross Roads
Full-time | Guaranteed Rate + Sign-on bonus!
Guaranteed hourly pay - you're paid for your full shift, every shift.
Are you a therapist who lights up around kids and believes in the power of purposeful play? We are seeking someone who brings energy, empathy, and a growth mindset to every therapy session. At The SpOT Clinic, you'll help children build the communication skills they need for life, and we are offering a sign-on bonus to make the transition here easier.
New grads welcome! You will get real support as you get started: mentorship from experienced pediatric SLPs, guidance through your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), a caseload that builds as you are ready, and a team that wants you to succeed, not just survive your first year.
Compensation & Bonuses
- $30+ (DOE), paid hourly for time worked, not billable units
- Sign-on bonus for this location
- Salary + Bonus Structure options after 90 days of employment

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - new/upcoming grads encouraged to apply
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively completing CFY
- Current AL licensure (or in process)
- Experience with children/special needs preferred, not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
