Relationship Specialist: Member Growth & Service

VyStar Credit Unions

VyStar Credit Unions is seeking a Relationship Specialist II responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences through interactions, whether in-person or by phone. The role includes greeting members, providing solutions tailored to their needs, and managing account transactions. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a financial setting. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate’s degree preferred.
