This correctional facility provides outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients within a secure government clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery and maintains on-site support staff - including an NP, nursing staff, and nurse supervisors - to ensure clinicians do not work alone at any time. Credentialing for this position is estimated at approximately one week.

The surrounding region offers a range of outdoor recreation opportunities and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Year-round activities are available, including access to natural landscapes and local community destinations. Clinicians on assignment will find regional amenities and professional development options accessible throughout the area.

Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to adult patients in a correctional facility setting, working four 10-hour day shifts per week. The expected caseload is 8-12 patients per day, with additional responsibilities including the review of outside medical records and laboratory results. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Required credentials include an active nurse practitioner license, DEA registration, a clear background check, and prescriptive authority; board certification is negotiable, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately one week.
