Digital Marketing Intern

Program Overview The Chamberlin + Associates Digital Marketing Internship gives Marketing and Communications students hands‑on experience inside a high‑volume, operationally driven property management company. Interns gain exposure to digital marketing operations, analytics, and website management, and portfolio performance across multifamily communities throughout Arizona. Time Allocation Marketing & Leasing – 40% of time: lease‑up support, market research, ad copy, property marketing coordination. Analytics & Reporting – 25%: traffic source tracking, lead conversion analysis, marketing performance reporting. Digital Presence & Brand – 35%: website updates, online management, content coordination, photography assistance. What You'll Work On Lease‑up campaign support for new and underperforming communities Competitive market analysis and positioning research Property marketing coordination including signage, flyers, and digital updates Traffic source and lead conversion reporting Manage ILS platforms (Apartments, Zillow, etc.) Coordinate photography and video coordination for property marketing Website content updates and reputation monitoring support Capstone project focused on digital marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations What We're Looking For Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree Strong writing and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or operations‑driven marketing Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and reporting Familiarity with marketing tools, Canva, Excel, or digital platforms preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
