Job Title: Lockbox Machine Processor/Operator
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Hours: Vary between 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM, typically an 8-hour shift
Overtime: Mandatory overtime as required

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lockbox Machine Processor/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will process payment transactions according to client-specific business rules while operating extraction, scanning, and mail sorting equipment within the Lockbox environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of incoming mail and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payment transactions in accordance with established client business rules.
• Operate and maintain mail sorting, extraction, and scanning equipment, including OPEX 150/IEM, OPEX Falcon, and OPEX MPS 40.
• Receive, sort, and prepare incoming mail for processing following established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and identify jams, misfeeds, or equipment issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed within production deadlines.
• Perform basic quality checks to verify accuracy.
• Follow all compliance, audit, and operational procedures.
• Support general mailroom functions as required.
• Lift and carry trays of mail weighing 10–15 lbs. as needed.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, engagement, and teamwork.
• Meet established productivity and quality performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Lockbox, Mailroom, or production environment.
• Experience with OPEX Falcon, OPEX 150/IEM, OPEX 40, or similar mail extraction and scanning equipment preferred.
