Responsibilities: generate and develop new business opportunities, build relationships within the community, conduct needs-based conversations and recommend insurance solutions, develop leads, schedule appointments, and close sales, collaborate with agency leadership to achieve growth goals

Compensation & Benefits: base salary + uncapped commission, performance bonuses, 401(k) matching, health, dental & vision insurance, paid time off, training & development, advancement opportunities.
