High school diploma required./liliTwo years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operational environment preferred/liliWorking knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel./liliRequires excellent written and verbal communication skills, well organized and the ability to prioritize and make appropriate decisions. Strong problem solving and project management skills./liliPractical understanding of industrial/manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practices.
