Senior Corporate Paralegal

Exciting Opportunity: We are Hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal at True Rx Health Strategists! True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to support our General Counsel and play a key role in managing contracts, compliance initiatives, legal operations, and corporate governance activities. This is a unique opportunity to work across all areas of the organization, collaborating with executive leadership and business partners while helping ensure legal, regulatory, and compliance excellence. What You'll Do: Contract Review & Administration Assist with the preparation, review, and management of commercial agreements, including NDAs, BAAs, PSAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and contract amendments. Conduct preliminary contract reviews and identify non-standard terms requiring legal review. Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and legal document libraries. Coordinate contract execution and ensure documents are accurately maintained and retained. Track contract renewals, expirations, notice requirements, and key milestones. Support business partners with contract intake, routing, and status updates. Maintain contract lifecycle management and document management systems. Compliance & Regulatory Support Support compliance reviews, audits, investigations, and regulatory examinations. Track regulatory requirements, licensing activities, reporting obligations, and compliance deadlines. Assist with policy implementation and monitoring activities. Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate compliance-related projects. Research and summarize legislative and regulatory developments for leadership review. Legal Operations & Project Coordination Maintain legal department project trackers, work plans, and action item logs. Monitor legal requests and help drive timely completion of key initiatives. Create reports and dashboards related to contract activity, compliance initiatives, and legal operations. Coordinate communication across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Client Services, and Executive Leadership teams. Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and visibility across legal processes. Administrative & Executive Support Manage calendars, meetings, and document workflows for the General Counsel. Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Organize and maintain highly confidential legal and compliance records. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries as requested. Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. What You Bring: Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred. Experience 7+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate legal departments, law firms, healthcare organizations, insurance organizations, PBMs, or other regulated industries. Extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts. Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory initiatives. Experience maintaining corporate records and governance documentation. Experience with contract lifecycle management and document management systems preferred. Skills for Success Exceptional integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information. Strong legal document review and drafting abilities. Outstanding organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with executives, external counsel, regulators, vendors, clients, and business partners.
