As a key member of our transaction team, you will play a pivotal role in managing all facets of real estate and corporate transactions. From title and survey review to coordinating complex closings, you will handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced, collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to completion.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms with precision.
• Prepare and review a variety of legal documents, including conveyance and corporate transactional documents.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

• Accredited Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in managing real estate and corporate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and keen judgment.
