Project Manager II Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 130,000.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

Manage custom engineering projects from order entry through commissioning, ensuring customer requirements, technical specifications, schedules, and budgets are successfully achieved. Serve as the technical liaison for customers, providing design recommendations, answering technical questions, and coordinating approvals, drawings, and project documentation. Develop project schedules and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources. Drive project profitability by managing budgets, change orders, scope adjustments, and post-project reviews while identifying opportunities for cost and margin improvement. Evaluate project risks, monitor progress, and anticipate potential issues early to deliver high-quality solutions and a positive customer experience.

Project Manager II Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, with 5-10 years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD blueprints, drawings, and P&IDs, with experience in electrical systems design, capacity calculations, and engineering problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations, including OSHA, NEC, NFPA, UL, and other relevant codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and project management/ERP systems
• Excellent and timely communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing personnel, and project stakeholders. Mission Critical and Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
