Front Desk Attendant

Join our team at Corewell Health, managed by HealthFitness, in Rochester Hills, MI! HealthFitness is seeking friendly, customer-focused Front Desk Attendants to create a welcoming experience for members at our client site. This part-time opportunity offers approximately 10 hours per week and is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and supporting a positive fitness environment. Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation for this role is $13.73. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
