PRODUCTION WORKER

Our client, a global leader in power generation and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a **Production Associate** to join their team. As a Production Technician III, you will play a key role in assembling and testing diesel-powered generator systems that help power businesses, communities, and critical infrastructure around the world. You will be part of the **Power Generation Assembly Team** supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have **strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively** , which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Production Technician **Location:** Seguin, TX **Pay Range:** Based on Experience **What's the Job?** + Build and assemble diesel generator systems used to power critical operations around the world. + Perform quality checks, torque audits, leak tests, and visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications. + Read schematics, part prints, and assembly instructions to verify proper alignment and installation of components. + Troubleshoot assembly issues and support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across departments. + Train and mentor new team members while supporting daily production and safety objectives. **What's Needed?** + Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience or a related technical degree. + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use standard assembly tools and equipment. + Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and work instructions in English. + Experience working with standard operating procedures and maintaining a strong safety focus. + Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and utilize computer and tablet-based systems. + Ability to continuously climb up and down ladders, reach overhead, and work in physically demanding environments throughout the shift. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a global leader in manufacturing and power generation solutions. + Hands-on experience assembling and testing advanced diesel generator systems. + Opportunities to develop technical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. + Positive team-oriented culture that values safety, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. + Potential for long-term career growth and advancement within a world-class manufacturing operation.
