You'll be joining a privately owned Retail Developer Owner Operator who are a leader in the region. The businses is looking for a Marketing Director to come in and be accountable for developing and delivering market strategies across the given retail portfolio.
Your new role
- Own marketing strategy and performance across a portfolio of retail assets
- Drive footfall, tenant sales, and longterm asset value
- Partner closely with leasing, operations, and senior leadership
- Lead omnichannel marketing across digital, social, CRM, PR, and onsite activity
- Use data and analytics to track performance and optimize spend
- Oversee branding, signage, events, and community engagement
- Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
- Manage budgets with a clear focus on ROI
- Seniorlevel role with visibility and decisionmaking influence
