Job Title: Cementing - Drilling & Wireline Business Development Manager (Entry Level) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable oilfield professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager supporting growth across Cementing, Drilling, Wireline, and Well Intervention services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in field operations, such as Field Engineers, Senior Field Engineers, Applications Engineers, or Service Delivery professionals, who are eager to transition into a commercial and business development career. Prior sales experience is not required. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of oilfield operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to build relationships and develop into a successful commercial professional. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective oil & gas customers. Identify new business opportunities across Cementing, Drilling, Wireline, Well Intervention, and related oilfield services. Leverage technical field experience to understand customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions. Translate technical capabilities into clear operational and commercial value for clients. Support customer meetings, technical presentations, proposals, bids, and commercial discussions. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer needs. Monitor customer activity, upcoming projects, market conditions, and competitive developments. Expand new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Assist in executing sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market presence. Requirements: Approximately 3–10 years of experience in oilfield services. Hands-on or technical experience in Cementing, Drilling, Wireline/E-Line, Slickline, Well Intervention, Cased Hole, Completion Tools, Coiled Tubing, or related downhole operations. Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Technical Sales is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to customers. Commercial mindset with the ability to recognize potential business opportunities. Outgoing, energetic, humble, collaborative, and coachable personality. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
