Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial banking relationships
- Grow deposits and commercial loan portfolios
- Manage existing business banking clients
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Build referral networks throughout the market
- Partner with credit and treasury management teams

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience
- Demonstrated business development success
- Active commercial client portfolio
- Strong local market relationships
- Commercial lending experience

- Proven ability to originate new business

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus a highly attractive incentive plan designed to reward successful business development and portfolio growth. Total compensation is directly aligned with production and offers meaningful upside for high-performing bankers.
