We are seeking Home Health Aides to join our independently owned and operated national agency. Our service area covers Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Inver Grover, Eagan, Bloomington, Hastings, Rosemount, Farmington, Cannon Falls, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• A reliable vehicle to get to and from client's residence
• Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills
• You must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test.
• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist and stoop.
