Care Partner (CNA/HHA/PCA)

Job Description:

Full-Time | 8 hour shifts | Day (6a - 2p) | Evening (2p-10p) | Overnight (10 p-6a)

The Geneva Suites Residential Assisted Living locations - Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan, Edina, Eden Prairie

Pay Range - $18–$21 per hour + shift differentials 

Position Summary

As a Care Partner, you provide direct care while building meaningful relationships with residents. This is not task-based caregiving, it is relationship-centered care in a small home environment. You will assist with resident engagement, activities of daily living, and medication administration, while always ensuring safety and dignity.

What You Will Do 

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility• Administer medications as delegated• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition• Document care accurately in Residex• Ensure resident safety and infection control compliance• Support residents during meals with dignity and respect• Create meaningful engagement through conversation and activities• Maintain clean and organized resident spaces• Communicate professionally with families and team members• Attend required trainings and team meetings• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED• CNA or HHA certification preferred• Assisted living or senior care experience preferred• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
