(ALI) team, you will act in a consultative and hands on role to support our clients with their existing Cisco and Palo Alto networks including LAN/WAN and Security requirements. Working with other Engineers, you will be part of a team that builds strong relationships with customers, providing high level technical support and voicing product use cases based on customer needs. This position affords you the opportunity to predominately work remotely, but pre-scheduled onsite travel in Virginia may be required. WHAT YOU WILL DO – RESPONSIBILITIES Support and lead efforts of the design, testing, evaluation and implementation of new systems architecture Architect, implement and support solutions using Business Continuity and Data Protection technologies Work closely with OEM, break-fix and integration vendors during systems implementation and troubleshooting Assist with requirements gathering for proper design/installations Participate in meetings with customers, providing input on various initiatives Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure systems stay operational (support during an outage) Prepare client documentation including network designs, network assessments, implementation plans, and post-implementation documentation Follow up with client, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution Keep apprised of patches, latest technologies, and upcoming infrastructure installations Research new technologies WHO YOU ARE – JOB REQUIREMENTS Active CCNP certification (Security or LAN/WAN) Extensive ASA and Palo Alto firewall experience Extensive routing experience (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.) including configuration, redistribution and troubleshooting Extensive Packet Capture experience – fluent with Wireshark #J-18808-Ljbffr
