Position Overview – Veterinary Receptionist:

As a Hospital Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and loving environment for our furry patients while providing caring and friendly customer service to our hospital clients.

Key Responsibilities for a Receptionist:

• Provide excellent, friendly, and caring customer service 
• Have experience in an animal hospital (preferred) 
• Experience with AVIMARK software is a plus 
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform data entry 
• Handle end-of-day transactions and call clients back as needed 
• Send appointment reminders and update patient charts 
• Process payments (credit cards, posting, recording payments) 
• Keep reception area clean at all times 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proof of at least 3 years' experience is required for this position
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals
