IT Support Specialist

Position Overview: This full-time position provides technical support, logistics and systems administration for a technology driven commercial printer. The primary function of the role is assisting staff with their day-to-day technology needs, trouble ticket resolution, and assistance with logging and documentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exemplary first response troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and network related issues. Software & hardware installation. New user provisioning Microsoft 365 Administration Phone System Administration Security Systems Administration Mobile Device Management Printer Management Provide staff training on software, hardware, policies and procedures. Maintain logs and reporting of technology assets and compliance. Contribute to internal knowledge bases. Occasional off-hours work may be required. Skills/Qualifications: Preferred 2 years related experience of IT support and administration in a corporate setting. High-level proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office and iOS. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Working knowledge of networking infrastructure and Windows Server Able to lift 40 lbs Strong customer service skills.
