OWN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – WHAT YOU’LL DO Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and document service needs Provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance Recommend services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Deliver exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the service process.
