The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while managing front desk operations at Angler's Hotel Miami Beach. This position ensures efficient check-in and check-out processes, accurate guest account management, and a welcoming experience for all guests. The Guest Service Agent serves as a primary point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, requests, and concerns while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and special requests
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, billing information, and reservation records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Process payments and follow all cash-handling and security procedures
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional presentation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
• Experience with Opera, Medialog, or similar property management systems is a plus
• English required; Spanish preferred; French is a plus

Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
