Production Coordinator, Accessories

The Production Coordinator supports the production team in the execution and delivery of quality, on-time product within the accessories category. This role is responsible for helping manage production workflows, maintaining communication with vendors and factories, tracking timelines, and supporting day-to-day production operations. This position reports to the Director of Production. Responsibilities Assist with daily communication with overseas factories and vendors Support production tracking from development through final delivery Maintain and update WIP reports and production trackers Monitor T&A calendars to ensure deadlines are met Track sample status and communicate updates internally Help resolve production-related issues and escalate risks when needed Support costing updates and production documentation Partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams Ensure accurate production records and organization of files Assist in monitoring factory compliance with production requirements and timelines Participate in weekly WIP and production meetings Update production style tech packs as needed Requirements 2-4 years of experience in accessories, footwear product development, and production function Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite and adobe illustrator (for tech pack revision) Understanding of production calendars and workflow processes preferred Experience communicating with overseas vendors or factories is a plus Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow within production Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Flexible, nimble, and adaptable approach to shifting priorities and evolving business needs Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset Salary Disclosure Majesty Brands is committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of the individual. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. While the posted salary range is $50,000 – $75,000, we recognize the value of exceptional talent and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
