Registered Nurse - PRN

Role: Registered Nurse providing professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities: Ensuring adherence to hospital standards, fostering teamwork through communication and interpersonal skills, and educating patients and families. Creating a safe, therapeutic environment, maintaining accurate documentation, and administering medications and IV therapies safely and timely. Taking responsibility for personal performance and professional growth, and utilizing the nursing process to deliver quality care throughout patient episodes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and a minimum of six months RN experience. Additional duties: Supporting hospital mission and values, and performing other assigned tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Well Homecare
