Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity and duration, ensuring a tailored client approach to therapy.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and collaboration in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes to refine care strategies as needed.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our hub, you will predominantly work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and bipolar disorder. Your expertise will also serve diverse populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
