Intensivist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Day and Night Shifts Available - Location: Florence, SC

Our organization, a leading tertiary care facility and a primary referral center in the region, is seeking a dedicated APP to enhance our team of critical care professionals. With four intensive care units and a 24/7 staffing model that includes both physicians and advanced practice providers, we welcome candidates with experience in critical care settings, though new graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications and Training:

• A minimum of a master's degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner.

Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

• A valid South Carolina RN License as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), verified by the LLR.

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited agency.

• Possession of prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply for them.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Evaluate patient needs as assigned, utilizing data gathered from history, observation, physical examinations, and diagnostic analysis.

3. Document physical findings and develop plans and prognoses based on the patient's condition.

4. Design, implement, and coordinate care that addresses the holistic and age-specific needs of patients.

5. Create an environment that reflects care, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.

6. Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

7. Conduct physical examinations and preventive health measures within the guidelines set by the supervising physician.

8. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive patient care plan.
