WHAT YOU’LL DO: Personally drive top-line store sales by leading from the front and actively selling on the floor Support day-to-day operations, store appearance, and customer experience alongside the Store Manager and ASM Create a high-performance selling culture by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teammates Deliver hands‑on product demos that connect emotionally and drive results Engage with guests proactively.
