Our client, a well-established financial services organization headquartered in Coppell, TX, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their growing Treasury team. This organization manages a high-volume, multi-entity treasury operation with significant daily cash movement, making this an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who wants hands-on exposure to high-dollar wire transfers, bank administration, and cash management at scale. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence every Wednesday and Thursday, plus every other Friday.
Job Description
The Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury team, responsible for supporting day-to-day treasury operations across multiple corporate entities. This role assists with cash positioning, payments, bank administration, investment activity, reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, confident handling large-dollar wire transfers, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams, banking partners, vendors, and auditors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support the Treasury Manager and Senior Treasury Analyst with daily treasury operations, including online banking administration, cash reporting, and operational mailbox management.
• Prepare, process, and track wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers for multiple corporate entities while ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and wiring instructions are maintained.
• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity is available to meet operational funding needs, including transfers that regularly total hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Assist with the daily investment of excess cash balances, including activity related to a cash investment portfolio of more than $200 million, as applicable.
• Maintain and distribute daily cash, investment, and liquidity reports to support management visibility and decision-making.
• Update the 13-week cash flow forecast daily and reset/refresh reporting files weekly.
• Maintain and manage reporting for cash sweep activity across approximately 70 bank accounts, coordinating with vendors, obtaining key reports, and supporting invoice reconciliations.
• Prepare wire support packages with appropriate evidence of approvals, supporting documentation, and bank instructions for accounting, audit, and compliance purposes.
• Reconcile daily treasury activity to entity records and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with financial audit requests, internal control support, and documentation retention related to treasury activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries submitted through the Treasury Operations mailbox.
• Exercise sound judgment and vigilance around cyber fraud and payment security given the frequency and size of outgoing wire transfers.
• Perform other treasury, accounting, and special project duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate treasury operations.
• Confidence executing wire transfers and making sound, independent judgment calls, including with high-dollar transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and formulas.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining appropriate controls over cash movement.
• Heightened awareness of cyber fraud risks and best practices for secure payment processing.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and meet strict daily and recurring deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, research discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Wells Fargo banking platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables.
• Experience with cash management, payment processing, bank platforms, reconciliations, or financial reporting.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities, bank accounts, or treasury systems.
• Familiarity with cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank portal administration, and audit support.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment are critical.
