Duties :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider
- Help with household chores and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Requirements :
- Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to perform tasks such as vital signs monitoring and medication administration
- Understanding of dementia care practices is a plus
- Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities
