Renewyx have partnered with a growing multifamily developer and operator in the Boise, Idaho area to bring on a Boise Superintendent.

Ground-up multifamily construction. Real ownership of the site. No red tape.

The role

Run the day-to-day of a multifamily construction site from groundbreaking to final walk. Lead subcontractors, keep the schedule tight, and make sure quality and safety never slip.

What you'll bring

A track record as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or multifamily builds
Comfortable running subcontractors, schedules, and inspections solo
Based in the Boise area, or ready to be

Nice to have

OSHA 30
Experience with scheduling software like Procore or MS Project
A relevant degree
