This contract opportunity offers a flexible three-day-per-week schedule near Cumming, GA, working with a diverse student population. Utilize your expertise to support students’ communication skills while collaborating with a committed school team.

Preferred background and requirements:

• Valid SLP, SLP-CCC, and/or SLP-School credentials
• Experience working in school environments, with knowledge of K-12 developmental needs
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering student progress within a collaborative setting

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose speech and language disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with assessment results
• Provide direct speech-language therapy through both individual and small group sessions
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to promote students’ communication and academic success
