Our client is seeking an accomplished Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis. As a key player in their strategic talent acquisition efforts, you will partner with internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality candidates, supporting the company’s continued growth and excellence. Compensation: $45.00-60.00/hour* *Listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring teams to craft tailored recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and foster expansion. Cultivate a robust pool of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume roles. Engage with department leaders to grasp workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding. Drive initiatives to optimize recruitment processes, enhance sourcing tools, and future-proof talent pipelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Proven success in mid-senior level recruiting, preferably within the engineering or construction industries. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Sage Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse, or equivalent platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
